Notice to Customer Portal Users: Important Update on Pricing

Some customers may be experiencing issues with their displayed pricing when downloading Trade Agreements from the Boshart Customer Portal. However, we want to assure you that all pricing in our internal system is correct and up-to-date. This means there is no risk of receiving incorrect pricing when placing an order, simply that the pricing and effective dates may be displaying incorrectly as the system continues to update.

What You Need to Know

  1. Internal System Accuracy: All orders will be processed using the correct pricing from our internal system, ensuring you receive the right prices every time. If you would like to know your prices on a particular SKU or category, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Sales person or Customer Service Rep for a quote.
  2. Portal Pricing Updates: The pricing displayed in the Customer Portal’s downloadable Excel sheets may not yet reflect the latest updates, as we are still in the process of synchronizing data. If something seems different than what you’d expect, please reach out to us.
