Specifications

Description These couplings have a machined outside diameter and are supplied with NPT tapered threads for pressure connections. Used in both plumbing and structural applications where banded couplings are not desired, such as hand railings. They can be used for submersible pump installations up to 400 feet maximum. However, the use of a 28-SSDPC Series Heavy Duty Drop Pipe Coupling is highly recommended for a stronger pipe joint due to their design which provides additional thread engagement and are the choice for the professional pump installer, regardless of pump set depth.
